We’re looking for ambitious, hard-working, presentable individuals who know how to lead by example and value/ embrace self improvement, and looking to grow their experience in the field of solar and sales consulting. In this role as a Solar Advocacy Professional, you’ll be giving property owners across ontario the opportunity to participate in North America’s largest climate initiative.

We’ve experienced enough times working in organizations where management was either micromanaging various aspects of our work, or not putting the effort to offer much support or guidance, just focused on collecting a paycheck. We on the other hand personally measure our success by how fulfilled and successful our advocates are at their work which is why we offer proper ongoing support and training and always meet you halfway.

Responsibilities

Canvassing door to door to generate new leads

Guide homeowners through the process of going solar

Stay organized with your paperwork

Effectively maintain relationships with your clients

Experience and Skills

Solar industry experience is an asset

1 year in a sales consulting role

Clear communicator and presenter  – good grammar, tonality and energy

Ability to absorb new information quickly (like The Flash)
