We have tried to save for years with new appliances better bulbs etc with the result that increase in rates wiped out any savings. The cost alone to move to powersabong appliances and bulbs were not even offset. If I add the cost to change and the increase in rates then it gets even worse.
On top of that reason for increase was that we did not use enough.
Our electricity policy is a mess and it is probably to late to even fix it. On top of it our Hydro CEO is a top earner as well for the mismanagement.
Now we are selling it and will loose even more control.
