WHO CAN APPLY?

You and every other homeowner in the province is eligible to apply for one of these lucrative Ontario MicroFIT Program Contracts. Unfortunately, not everyone will be approved due to a variety of reasons. Only 5000 homes are accepted into MicroFIT per year, and applications are taken on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE basis. Homes may not be qualified due to shading on the roof, local electrical grid capacity, etc.

NOTICE: As outlined in the April 5, 2016, Ministerial Directive, the IESO will cease accepting applications under the microFIT program by December 31, 2017’ (Reference: http://microfit.powerauthority.on.ca)
